Customer Service

When the App first launched it wasn’t immediately clear that once you deposited money it didn’t go automatically to the Savings Account so for months I thought my money was accruing, when I realised and I queried they Chase acknowledged it was not clear and back dated my interest earnings. I regard this gesture as true customer service, the bank cared and my loyalty is high. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
