Excellent , friendly and efficient service. I feel mu money is secure banking with chase bank. The security protocol yo access your account is not cumbersome yet effective. I couldn't gain access to my account via my mobile a...

I couldn't gain access to my account via my mobile app because I had changed phones. Called customer service who attend to me in timely efficient manner and sorted out my enquiry. We went through security questions which left me at ease knowing my money was safe with chase. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
