Seamless by design.

Seamless by design. The app and comms strategy has to meet customer needs from account opening onwards and so far it has. Clear lay out and intuitive to navigate in the app, refreshing not to have to click through sub headings and rely on the back arrow. Delivery of the plastic card is slower than I'd expect but having details to use for online transactions from immediately is really useful. Choosing your own PIN and the detail free card feels more secure, looks good too. Communications are equally uncluttered and to the point. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
