Just such a breath of fresh air

Just such a breath of fresh air after dealing with my current bank. They answer the phone quickly and take ownership and resolve issues. I am so pleased I switched after probably36 years with my current bank. My current bank asked me to call and had a waiting time of 30 ,minutes. Chase answered in 30 seconds. Says it all really.
