Couldn’t imagine switching elsewhere

Starling offers a great interest rate for a basic current account. The unlimited pots let me organise my budget easily, and the ability to connect a card to a pot makes this even better. The app is very easy to use compared to other banks. The spending breakdown is very informative. The customer service when I’ve rarely needed to use it has been good. They handled a dispute I had well, even though I ended up resolving it with the merchant directly in the end. I often recommend Starling to friends and family. It’s gone from an account for occasional fun money to my main bank account I pay my wage into. I couldn’t imagine switching at this point. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
