The staff are wonderful, whether it be on the phone...

The staff are wonderful, whether it be on the phone or in person, you always get treated with respect and courtesy. Recently I went into the branch to get some help with downloading and making myself familiar with the new Sercle App. I had a first class experience with both a volunteer who helped me download it, and helped me get to know how to work it. This gentleman's name was Gary. Then his manager Aimie came to speak to me too, and she was so personable, and a joy to chat to. 10/10 for both Aimie and Gary Reviewed on: 29th June 2024

First Class Service

East Kilbride Credit Union is excellent for savings and for loans. I have been treated with the utmost respect every time I have required a loan, or taking some money from my savings. Speaking on the phone is also easy. All of the advisors are very helpful Reviewed on: 14th June 2024
