No wonder their policies are bought by many

I have renewed my policy with this company for the past few years. I've always found them very easy to deal with and it's often only when you need to make a claim that you find out how good an insurance company is. I've made a couple of claims and recently I was extremely grateful to have the facility of speaking to an online vet when I was very worried about my Westie. I was given advice how to treat my dog's condition (anal abscess) until I could get an appointment first thing next day. I was able to make the claim online and thereafter Bought by Many dealt directly with my vets but kept me informed at relevant stages. I have, and will continue to recommend this company based on my own experience and their excellent reputation Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Not surprised

I'm not surprised that policies by this company are bought by many , as they are so aptly named. I managed to get exactly the same pet insurance cover as my previous policy considerably cheaper. I have recommended all pet owning friends to get a quote when their policy is due for renewal, so I'm sure they'll be bought by even more. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018
