A Bank that does exactly what it promises!

I opened a Chase Bank current account to see for myself whether it lived up to its TV advertisements. I have all the necessary bank facilities with NatWest, so I didn’t really need the Chase account, but I shall be keeping it because it is so simple and effective, doing exactly what it promises. I’ve chosen to use it mainly for my motoring expenses, but whenever I’ve used it for any other purchase it has also worked perfectly. One of the surprising features is that the Bank records the transactions almost immediately.. I have also found the ability to speak to a live agent in the customer service department without delay very helpful and certainly unusual these days—it’s much more difficult with my principal bank! I’m now considering taking advantage of the Chase savings account, which makes an attractively simple offer. All in all, Chase offers straightforward, effective banking with an attractive, customer-friendly interface. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
