From sad to Joy!

Few days ago I opened the savings account paying 4.1 interest rate. Just the next day, Chase announced a savings product with a 1 percent boost totalling 5.1 interest rate. I was a bit disappointed as I thought I wasn't eligible. I contacted customer support but to my delight I was informed I could open the new 5.1 savings account. I simply closed the previous and transferred the funds to the new account including whatever interest I had acquired. This was simple and efficient. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
