Best Pet Insurance ever!

I have been with BBM since we got our Pup Frenchie at 12 weeks old, the last 4 years have been a rollercoaster of problems for our pooch. He had two lots of surgery and one poisoning incident all in which BBM have paid out for, no quarrel or delays at all! They even sent Stitch a get well soon card after his first major op, which I thought was such a touching thing to do. Honestly I will never change from BBM as I know they have your pets best interest at heart. The customer service is second to none as is the level of cover and premiums. Brilliant customer service

I’ve had a few claims with BBM, and they were for quite a substantial amount Of money too unfortunately due to the type of medical attention my FBD needed. They were dealt with quickly and efficiently with no delays, and direct to the insurer. I had no forms to fill in as it was all done online by them and my veterinary practice. Really friendly bunch of people who keep you updated every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, I work for an insurance company and know first hand what it takes to make a company stand out from the rest and BBM definitely have this. Quick friendly reliable Insurance

Unfortunately since I’ve had my insurance with BBM I’ve had to claim several times for my dog in a short period of time, the good news is that the staff and service has been top notch. Everything is dealt with quickly and they keep you updated by text and email. I’m very happy to continue with them , ( as long as they’ll have me!!!) Highly recommend them.
