Outstanding!

So happy I stumbled across this company, I was nervous as I’d never heard of Bought By Many before and it was my first dog so I had no prior experience or knowledge. I was very tempted to pay extra for less cover just to go with a more well known name, but I am so glad I made the decision to go with BBM. Unfortunately I had to make a claim very early on and the whole process could not have been simpler. No questions asked, just an immediate payment direct to the vet. In addition I found the customer service team very friendly and efficient and the service felt really personal too. Could not be more relieved that I chose this company and have seen so many others recommending them since. We’ll done BBM, you’re obviously doing it right! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Amazing Company

Phenomenal!!

Impressive service from start to finish. Easy online account set up. Unfortunately I had to claim within the first 6 weeks and submitted the claim online in less than 5 minutes. Was kept updated every step of the way about what was happening with my claim, which made it feel like a personal service even though it was all done online, and was paid out extremely quickly and with no questions asked.
