Smooth Easy banking

I rang the customer service team of Chase bank about one week after opening my chase account and receiving my Chase Card to enquire about the save and invest account. Within few seconds, they answered and asked me what I needed and the customer service rep proceeded to explain the savings account and its many benefits including the interest accrued after a given time. After she finished, she sought to know if I understood all that she has explained , as I wanted to deposit money into the Savings Account, she patiently waited to guide me through it as I did it on the app. After I was done, she asked if I needed help with any other thing. The ease to contact band speak with the Chase representative anytime any day makes banking with Chase Unique. And the fact that their staff are always friendly, warm, patient and eager to listen and solve your problems makes me love Banking with Chase. In all, I love banking with chase, my only regret was not opening this account earlier ! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Excellent, friendly and prompt Customer see

My experience with chase bank has been excellent, they have a very warm customer service that I can get in touch with via phone call any minute of the day including midnight. Last week when I was confused about their %AER and how it works, I called their customer service line and the lady was very friendly, helpful and patient with me, she took time to explain it well for me to understand. Again, 2 days ago, when I wanted to move money from my savings Acc to current, I called them and they quickly answered and guided me through the process in real time, and I did it on the app as they guided me through it. Their service is superb, customer friendly and excellent. I have brought my wife and three friends to bank with Chase. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
