Excellent service

Use Chase bank account when travelling abroad. Unfortunately I had my purse stolen whilst on holiday in Hawaii and they emptied my Chase bank account within 30 minutes. I still had 10 days left and had no money so my anxiety levels were through the roof. I called Chase costumer services and within 36 hours they returned all of the money that had been stolen. Costumer services were just amazing and so understanding, and because of their help and support and went on to have a great holiday. Because of this I will only use Chase bank whilst travelling, and have now started saving with them too. Cannot praise them enough! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
