Interest free overdraft and rapid response times

In my experience, I have found that First Direct have the fastest customer service live chat response times, being almost instantaneous. Having banked with almost 9 service providers, this is the fastest I have come across. Not to mention, they have a £250 interest free overdraft and no fee spending abroad.
