About my claim and renewal

I got my dog Ted insured in August 2017 , he is a staffy X bullmastiff and the monthly premium was less than £20 . In November he became unwell and to cut a long story short he ended up in the emergency vets for 6 days with pneumonia . The total bill was £3,300 and I had heard stories about other insurance companies coming up with all manner of excuses not to pay out . I contacted bought by many and they did the claim for me and I can honestly say I cannot recommend them enough . I got regular text messages updating me on my claim and I got every single penny back , I didn't even have to pay any excess . Of course this year I was dreading his renewal and I couldn't believe it when it had gone up by a massive £1.41 per month ! so his monthly premium is still less than £20 . I've also done my bit and recommended them to family, friends and total strangers who I bump in to when we are out walking and I know that some of them have now got policies as well . The people who I spoke to on the phone were so helpful and polite and every time they would ask how Ted was doing . I Would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone and cannot rate them highly enough . Reviewed on: 5th September 2018
