I’ve always had a positive experience with PayPal, if I’d been scammed or not received the item,PayPal has stepped in and solved the issue, when I have phone to speak to assistant, they have explained and been patient throughout, I’ve never had a bad experience with them, even if the item wasn’t what I expected they always explain why they made the decision, I would always use PayPal with online shopping.
