10/10 excellent customer service and user friendly app

I originally opened the account and didn't use it for a while as I was skeptical, but after reading the reviews I gave it a chance. I didn't remember the information I set the account up with and the customer service team were so helpful and supportive. Since then the account has been so user friendly and I love the cashback feature! I also have just opened a roundoff savings account that will round off whatever I spend and put it in my savings.
