Great company, great customer serivice

Opened a Chase account when going abroad and wished I had opened one sooner. They are changing my views of a bank and the level of customer service are exceptional. Everything has been very clear and easy to use. The sign up process and provision of the card etc was seamless. The app to manage my account is outstanding and the UI is, in my view, best in class. The one time I've had to contact them with an issue on a transaction (not of their doing I hasten to add); their customer service rep was quick to provide options, identify a remedy and explain everything quickly and clearly. I have subsequently also opened a savings account and also utilised their 'round up' feature which is great. Additionally, they are clear on their interest rates and also apply it without issue an quickly. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
