This organisation is the worst of the worst. You have to go through a long process to speak to customer services, then when you do speak to them they are clueless! I think the only training they've probably had is to deceive because when it comes to maths they are THICK..If you get to talk to a senior manager it's a total waste of time because when they are put into a corner they tell you the conversation has to end and this happened to me on every occasion because I'd asked for a truthful answer to my question which they would not give me . DONT BE FOOLED BY SOME OF THE PEOPLES EXPERIANCE ON THIS SIGHT AS I CAN TELL YOU ALL THE STAFF WILL BE SUBMITTING REVIEWS BECAUSE THATS HOW TWISTED THE MANAGEMENT IS .
