The phone app is easy to use and navigate. Its easy to get in touch with an agent via the app in case of any problems, love that there is also an option for a call back in case youdont want to type in long form text on a phone. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026

Anytime i have a problem, i get quick response from the team. Contact is easy via the support button within the banking app, so I know I am interacting with the bank staff itself. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
