Poor customer service

Been with Lloyds for about 45 years as a personal account customer and have to say the customer service is getting worse. I went to set up a business bank account with the information they need tucked under my arm. Was told I had to make an appointment to do this or make an application on line. I needed banking facilities( I was not looking to borrow any money) quickly as the supply of business equipment was in the pipeline and payments had to be made. I was informed by the staff in Bulwell Nottingham that they were all far to busy to help me today!! They didn't show an attitude that I though was conducive with helping me. I am now looking to obtain banking facilities from National Westminster Bank who really wanted to help me. I will move all my accounts to Nat West in the coming weeks. Perhaps the branch is understaffed ,having said that, there seemed to be enough people in the bank! Reviewed on: 6th September 2018
