Easy to purchase product

Purchase of insurance product straight forward. Would have preferred the documents emailed as an attachment rather than the need to login to an online system to view them. I have rated as a good customer experience but, not having made a claim, I would not know how good or bad the customer service is in the hopefully unlikely event of needing their help.
