Chase UK Excellent and efficient Customer Se...

Chase UK have an excellent and efficient customer service. My account was compromised in March 2023 (problem with ASDA Superstores card payment system) and two lots of £83.00 were taken from my account, monies that I couldn’t possibly afford to just go missing. I contacted Chase UK immediately upon realising and was told a temporary refund would be sent to my account immediately (so I wasn’t out of pocket), until the payments could be reversed with the Merchant. This stopped any anxiety and stress on my part and was greatly appreciated. I also had my Father’s Estate to sort out this same year, again very quickly when large transfer amounts were being attempted to send monies to family Members, they were temporarily blocked. However, a simple phone call and security questions answered with a Customer Service Representative, these were then released, making the whole process as painless as possible. Again very appreciated. I would also like to mention the great value for money I get from my Current Account, by earning money, simply by spending my own. It’s great, I am always recommending Chase UK to Family and Friends. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
