Excellent Bank

When I emigrated from the Netherlands to the UK in 2019, I was looking for a British bank. I first spoke to them personally in the office. Then I had an account for a few months. I have had very bad experiences with Nationwide (too much waffle, waffle, failure to keep appointments), HSBC (extremely chaotic and illogical security, no manners to new customers, lack of basic balance administration), Halifax (extremely chaotic menu, lack of basic balance administration), Barclays (completely old-fashioned approach to new customers), Lloyds (employees eating sandwiches at the counter, appointments they forget). Until I met Starling Bank. None of that. Perfect balance administration. As a Dutch person, I am used to doing financial things straight forward. And their helpdesk responds quickly.
