I opened a chase current account a few years ago as it was recommended by a friend, i have since opened a savings account with them and am very satisfied with the service for both account types. Any interaction with customer service via the app has been excellently communicated and swiftly dealt with. Happy to recoomend this bank to anyone who will listen :o) Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

I have a current and a savings account with chase and cannot praise them highly enough. I have never been with a bank who are so responsive to any questions, their customer service app is excellent and the communication about accounts excellent. The app is very easy to use and it appears seemless to access and transfer money between chase accounts and also to other banks. Excellent all my family now have chase accounts and we recommend them to everyone. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
