Great Cashback, Poor Service

The cashback is great, so we use it as a spending card, but it's annoying that we (1) can't have a joint account and (2) can't see statements online etc. The main drawback is that when you have a problem (in our case payments we didn't make while abroad) they dealt with that very poorly and it was a lot of effort on our part to get them to take it seriously and deal with it. They would not deal with it for over a month in case it was a 'pending transaction' and put the onus on us to prove it, which of course was impossible when we were home from holiday to just address it directly with the merchant.
