Review of the Chase Bank, Current account:

Good basic current account, but needs more features

It's a good bank for everyday use, it's currently leading with the limited 1% cashback (that's the only reason I keep it), I don't like it's app only, and the app has missing features, eg. joint account, additional cardholder, truster retailers (no approval on each transaction). The app is a bit slow to load even on perfect fiber broadband at home, you can imagine it on the way. I've requested these new features in May 2023, but got nothing so far.
