Easy account to use even for older people

I am a tech dinosaur but I find the app very easy to use. Customer service is brilliant, partly because you talk to a person not a robot. I like the safety of having no account details on card and take full advantage of the cashback. I also use the roundup and get a nice surprise when I check the balance. I have recommended Chase to several people and will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
