Review of the Lightyear, Investments:

Friendly, customer-oriented, good app

I've been to the office and listened for CEO of lightyear and I really liked him. He feels very committed to his business, he's inspired by it, he brings in really valid reasons of why we should go with Lightyear and not with some traditional banking platform. That's how I got into Lightyear users, and I downloaded the application, and you know it's really close to perfectness. I mean, I do software applications myself, I know how easy is to screw things up but Lightyear app is really beautiful. It allows to do a lot of things pretty fast, get overview of your portfolio, discover new possibilities, new options, and all the things.. I like the content of application and it's stability. Also I had a chance to contact the customer support, and you know, in many companies which are pretending to be customer-oriented, it's very difficult to get along with support. You get automatic answers, you have no problem solved, but in Lightyear I got in touch with alive people who answered my questions and who helped me with some flows, and I mean it's five stars, I like it. I'm planning to continue being Lightyear customer, and I really wish them luck on this award Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
