update, after shopping around I found that even with all the arrangement , and cancelling fees , Saga are still a good bet, because even with all that their rates are still better than the others, so I have to apologies for my previous rant-- still not too sure about them being able to take money before due date, but received reasonable explanation for it , so all's well that ends......
