User friendly app

The app is so user friendly even for those not that technical. It has been designed with users front and centre. No problems logging in anytime anywhere. I love it. Reviewed on: 17th April 2024

Account that actually works

It's refreshing to deal with a bank account that actually works! I get 1% interest on the current account or 4.1% in the savings. I get 1% cashback on my card spend, up to £15/month. I'm not charged any fees to pay for stuff I don't care about and I can actually get help when I need it. It's crazy to think that of all the banks I deal with, this is about the only one where communicating with someone is not a massive chore. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
