Trust Built Up between bank and customer

I have fall into a SCAM trap and being charged unreasonably by a vendor. After contacting Chase customer service and provided the information on hand, Chase helped in raising the disputes and also returned back my money efficiently. The high level of trust to their customer in a sensible way, is highly appreciated. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
