I can confirm from experience they are far from a good honest company.
The purpose of insurance is that they insure your assets and pay claim when you are unfortunate enough to have a claim.
If they don't pay what use are they, nearly 2 years and still have not paid. having to involve the FOS
I would strongly advise from my experience not to use them.
