Chase Bank - help and other benefits

Had an issue with a duplicate transaction I was waiting to receive back into my account. Spoke to a lady in customer service and she was really helpful she put my query on her watch list so she could keep an eye on when the payment came back into my account. She informed me she would follow up to confirm when the payment had gone back to me, which she did and also checked if she could help with anything else. I also like using my chase card abroad and find the app very simple to use. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
