Ultimate control over your money with Revolut.

Used revolut for about 3 years now and I’ve used over 14 other money /bank apps before and during this period but revolut honestly, completely out classes them. Its almost like the other apps are trying to protect the sellers and vendors while revolut only cares about you. Weird explanation but customizations to your account like name, address, etc. You can change easily, freezing cards, blocking specific subscriptions, blocking specific vendors, and just about anything else you might want to do YOU can actually do it, and if you’ve used any other app you know none of them allow majority of those. You cant even change your name on monzo, and most- if not all other apps dont allow blocking specific payment subscriptions from the app. Meaning “freezing” the card doesn’t actually freeze at all. Not to mention the feature revolut has above all else is the foreign currency handling, you can send money directly to most global Mobile Money companies, which no other bank does internationally. Revolut just can’t be beat. I even use it to hold my bitcoin. I could go on forever but try it for your self and see. You’ll finally have control. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026

NO Revolut means NO reliability

I can’t fathom how anyone can live without something like Revolut, in my opinion if you’re not using a prepaid debit system like this, you’re gambling every time you spend money or register card details somewhere. Banks are also always problematic and they might freeze your card anytime so loading money onto your Revolut card is as reliable as having cash lol. I’ve recommended this app to everyone I know and all of them use it daily Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
