I rung today to try and get an appointment to change my weekly payment by £10 for a couple of months to be spoken to like I was a piece of dirt by your staff. I am aware I had to change from monthly to weekly and as the season is quieter, I have lost a few hours work temporarily. The Newcastle staff are arrogant, nasty and uncaring. Sadly I am stuck with your "company" til 2023.. If I can pay off this debt sooner I will endeavor to do so, and will make it known to people to not take out loans with this company.
