My partner introduced me to Chase bank.

My partner introduced me to Chase bank. Since joining we have saved considerably when we have travelling abroad, as our other bank charges us a small fortune for using our card when in another country to make transactions. One of the aspects that make banking with Chase such a golden experience is the customer help lines. Gone are the long waiting on the phone and having to talk to an automated and frankly irritating system, only to have you queries solved with a totally irrelevant answer. With Chase you actually get to speak to an actual person to help you, such simple things like this make people value an organisation and in return the customer feels valued. The cash that I earn is very appealing, it may be a few penny's and pounds here or there but it amounts up over time especially with bigger purchases, just got to be careful not to become a shopaholic. All in all a great testament of how financial organisation should present itself and may it stay that way. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
