Review of the Lloyds Bank, Car insurance:

Won't accept responsability

Had to make a no fault claim. Gave all information to Lloyds, they the transferred me to another company. Had to give all details again. Next day, contacted by underwriter, had to give all the information again. Lloyds had instructed one company to deal with claim, underwriter another. Lloyds wanted NOTHING to do with claim. I simply followed instructions given in emails and texts and phone calls. Ended up with chaos. Phone Lloyds, " nothing to do with us", phone underwriter, they blame Lloyds. Lloyds say they are only a BROKER!! Reviewed on: 11th September 2018
