Lost Features and Concerns

Revolut recently had an update which removed some of the great features it had before: Removal of Percentage Display for Objectives Progress, Missing Custom Image Display for Savings Icons, Inconvenient Navigation through Fiat Accounts, No Feedback Section within the App. Besides this, I pay a metal plan which increased in price to £14,99/month. The APR for the safe is 4,00% while other competitors offer 5,20% WITHOUT a paid plan! When I tried to reach out to Revolut to give some feedback via email, all I got was some sort of automated message that didn't even relate to what I wrote. For a paid plan, costumer service through the app takes a long time to reply. Although I like Revolut, it's becoming inconvenient, expensive and losing its qualities (simplicity specially).
