Easy sign up process and secure. Great app. Love the fact I have a current account and can created numerous saving pots easily, each earning over 4% interest. The cashback deal has been well worth it also and overall, I find the experience a pleasure. So much better than the normal high street bank experience, which is nothing short of a disgrace.
