Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Cheap but not cheerful.

Cheap policy but useless customer service and vehicle repairs. They never update you or call you back when promised, if at all. Customer service is not even close to acceptable. The only way to get a problem resolved is to make a complaint iv found, otherwise nothing gets done about it. After a very minor accident, i have now been without my vehicle for 3 months. It was repaired too a very poor standard some work wasnt even completed. After i complained it was inspected by one of admirals "independant" engineers.It then went back to the garage to have the work corrected and carried out. It came back to me again with some work not done, some uncorrected and some still too a poor standard . My vehicle is now with a different Admiral approved garage. A so called independant engineer has been to view the unfinished and uncorrected work 3 or 4 times now. 2 complaints to admiral later and one being prepared for the Ombudsman, I am still without my van after 3 months. I now despair and will never use admiral again. Reviewed on: 13th September 2018
