Matter dealt with very quickly

I called up to cancel my phone insurance. Very helpful person (Colin) on the other end who had my query dealt with within minutes. Asked if I needed further help, I wanted to purchase laptop insurance he very kindly sent me a promotional code and the emails within minutes. Very good customer service and prices very reasonable.
