Poor service

Wanting information about pension but couldn’t find a brochure. No staff in the banking except a man with a bottle of wine going round the back. Didn’t even try and help me Reviewed on: 31st July 2024

When it comes to financial planning the Society acts as an introducer to Wren Sterling, a firm of independent financial advisers. We’re not in a position to advise on or arrange pensions ourselves – which is why you were unable to locate a brochure specifically about pensions during your visit to the branch. If you’d like to speak with a Wren Sterling adviser about your pension arrangements then please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll be happy to arrange an appointment for you. During our normal branch opening hours our staff are typically available to assist customers either at the counter or – where possible – at the branch engagement zone. We are, however, very sorry if no-one was available to assist you on this occasion.
