Helena, Abbey, Lauren and Georgina have all been very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. We encountered a small error in the application but this was sorted promptly once identified. We were given regular updates throughout the process and the team were always thorough and clear when explaining the process. We are very pleased to have received a mortgage offer that works perfectly for our situation and very grateful for the team at Tembo for their assistance in facilitating this!
