I have Asda pet insurance, my dog was I’ll in February and while the claim submission process by the vet was easy, nearly two months on there is no sign of being paid out, I phoned to see what was happening and they said there is a big backlog and the assessor has not even begun to look at my claim, utterly ridiculous, will be leaving the first chance I get
