Poor ISA maturity pack information.

1year fixed ISA maturity instructions came circa 4 weeks before maturity inviting me to issue my instructions. Tried to do this online as offered but couldn’t do so. Phoned for assistance and told could not do it online unless within 14 days of maturity. The maturity pack doesn’t tell you this so wasted time and effort trying to do something that couldn’t be done. Reviewed on: 25th April 2024
