I opened 6 accs for my 3 grandchildren, one lump sum...

I opened 6 accs for my 3 grandchildren, one lump sum each and 1 regular saver each. I found the account opening process very slow and 'clunky' I waited over a week or more for the lunch sum account numbers so that I could transfer funds. The passbooks arrived seperately over about 3-4 weeks with one of the passbooks duplicated. I then discovered that passbooks were issued from different Branches! I did eventually manage to sort out your online app so that I can view the accs, which for me was progress. Reviewed on: 26th April 2024
