I am dyslexic so I was having a little bit of a diff...

I am dyslexic so I was having a little bit of a difficulty filling out my paperwork. I’ll get the customer Care call. The lady was so helpful. Polite spoke perfect English and was very patient with me through the whole experience. She made me feel so happy that I took the time to call for more help I couldn’t be more happier when I got off the phone and she also advised me of the saving scheme for the one percent extra till November she was very knowledgeable very understanding and very experienced in what she was telling me and helping me very very satisfied Reviewed on: 26th April 2024
