Excellent, non-judgmental advice

From start to finish the advisor(s) were professional and non-judgmental. They were very well informed and clearly knew their stuff. I will say they were extremely thorough and the last part of our contact (before sending the info for a DRO to the receiver) did take a couple of hours nearly. The advisor (sorry I have forgotten your name!) went through every inch of my income/outgoings, which was a bit stressful, but I understand everything had to be right and spot on, or risk everything being messed up. In hindsight, the thoroughness absolutely was worth it, allowing the advice and help I had to be concise and tailor made and it allowed me to feel at ease knowing nothing was missed. The advisor was very knowledgeable and just to put your mind at ease, whilst he was going through the bank statement transactions it wasn’t to judge what I was spending money on, but making sure my income was as I said and checking the main points of my outgoings were as accurate as possible. All worked out fine, just as the advisor said it would. My DRO was successful and now after many months of stressing and my depression getting bad, I can now try and make better future financial decisions and this time, I will absolutely not fall into the revolving credit card roundabout again.
