Good C service but cannot set up mobile app

Had to call 3 times as unable to successfully set up mobile app. People very helpful but unable to resolve the issue. I expected a call within 2 days but a week later nothing. Maybe I was meant to call. Also, need to inform customers that online banking does not work on Apple devices. Reviewed on: 29th April 2024
